Does pushing back your interview date 1-2 months look bad?

If I get multiple II for September-October this year, then I don't think I'll have enough PTO to go to more than 3. My PTO renews in November and thus can attend all the interviews I want after that.

How bad would it be to request an interview pushed back?

Thanks

If you want to go to med school and the schools you receive invites from are of interest to you, then just do it and attend, with or without PTO. Risky? Yes, but very well may be worth it.

Your interviews should be given priority over work or you may be working that job for the rest of your life. They probably won't scrutinize your file to the point of seeing that you delayed from the time of invitation, but keep in mind that 1-2 months is more than enough time for a school to fill a class if they interview the right candidates.

Well I guess a lot of early interviews would be a good problem to have. Maybe I can pre-use from my next batch of PTO days. Thanks peeps!

Horrible news to those of you without acceptances and waiting to hear back. Called yesterday and was told the Admissions committee met that day and it will take probably 2 more weeks for a decision(for the first interview cohort)
