Will recognizing the classic facies of various genetic disorders (e.g. Williams, Angelman, Cri du chat, etc.) provide any sort of yield on Step 1?
Will they over show you a photo of a patient's face? I feel like there are a lot of diseases you can diagnose just by looking at the face.

Yes, it is very likely that they will present you with a case describing the characteristic features and/or show you a picture.

Edit: It'll also help with step 2.

You should be able to recognize the face, as well as understand how they like to describe it.
