Does Rite Aid ask if you have been arrested?

I am asking bc unluckily, I've been arrested but not convicted. The case was dismissed.
Anyone out there who works for Rite Aid remembers this?

If you get it expunged from your record you don't ever have to disclose the information.

I don't think those type of pre-employment questions usually ask if you have been arrested. Usually they ask if you have every been CONVICTED of a FELONY. If it just said arrested i would say no. You were not convicted in criminal court which means you are 100% innocent of all charges brought against you.


If you say you were arrested it will open a huge can of worms and with the competitive environment in pharmacy you will not get the job. Better to be economic with the truth. Don't like but don't give them more info than they need.

I thought most job apps only asked about convictions, not arrests. Wrongful arrests happen.
