So, rec letters, does it matter if the email is personal or business for contact? This might be a stupid question. I kinda sent my letter already to schools with a physician's personal email. I did not know they had business emails.

Professional is always better. Who's to say that you didnt just make up that personal email (not saying you did, obviously)?
