The class is Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences, and we are going to learn more about Chemistry and physics of air and water pollution, including photochemistry, acid rain, air pollution meteorology and dispersion, groundwater and surface water pollution, chemical cycling, air/water interface, global atmospheric change.

Does this class fall under BCPM?

it depends on what the course is labelled as. if it is called "Biology 200: The Dynamic Oceans" or something, then yeah, it is a biology class.

If I recall correctly, AMCAS will change it to what they think is correct anyways when they verify your application, so it's probably not a big deal what you put.
