The class is chemistry, energy, and society and course code is CHM 394. I have not taken it yet, but some of my friends have. The course is pretty heavy on reading and focuses on the intersection between chemistry, energy and society( big surprise haha). Thanks SDN!

If it's listed as a chemistry course, then yes.

Thanks! So basically any course that has a Bio, chm, phys, or mat course code will count right?

AMCAS provides a classification guide for what would count as BCPM.

The description you gave may not fit the criteria given in the AMCAS guide for what would count in the Chemistry category -- perhaps more natural and physical sciences -- but you could classify it as BCPM on your application and hope it isn't changed.
