I took a few pass/no pass "classes" run by students at my university but they were more service-oriented than actual classes. These "classes" are actually entirely separate from our course catalog (it's the Decal program for people who're familiar with Berkeley).

For example, in one program I assisted people with disabilities in yoga and that was literally all I did. Would this count as extracurricular? If not, can I highlight this experience in some way other than mentioning it in the personal statement? I did a search on the board and couldn't find anything relevant--sorry if this has been addressed before! Thanks!

This would count.

You can list it. I suggest using the Other category if you want to describe what you did.

The section you are thinking of is called "experience". It can include things that you did for credit (so technically, not "extra-curricular") such as research for credit or recurring community service in a homeless shelter as a requirement for a sociology class.

Thanks for the advice everyone! Glad I can still list it somewhere!
