I've started thinking about my application that I'll be submitting in the Summer. I know it's far away, but would a med school look favorably upon being manager at my job/ is that considered a 'leadership' position? I basically had to make employees schedules, deal with customer complaints, and make sure everything was running smoothly. Any feedback would be great thanks!

Absolutely yes. This is leadership for the purposes of a med school application.
