I am a nonscience major and am not taking other science courses other than the prereqs and biochem I.
My leadership and ECs (other than hospital volunteering and shadowing) are not relevant to med or science at all. ex: volunteer assistant coach, intramural captain, psychology research

Will this look bad considering I am taking minimal science courses to begin with or is it fine? What else can I do (I dont want to take a gap year)

Medical interests do not need to consume every waking hour on your path. In fact, we like to see service-related volunteering and/or interests that don't involve medicine.

Even though I am not taking additional science classes while being a premed? Sounds good!

You want to show that you are an altruistic person, that you have leadership skills and initiative, and that you have a good idea of what life as a doctor will be like and are making an informed choice.

Your coaching and intramural captainship show leadership. Your hospital stuff shows appropriate interest in medicine. Do you have any non-hospital activities that demonstrate altruism and concern for others? Hospital volunteering is so cliched that it tends to get discounted.

Is humane society volunteering cliche?
