Does this work for challenge/adversity secondary?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
The tennis topic is good for adversity/challenge, but I also agree with my colleague that something more contemporary would be preferred.

We presume that living independently as a young adult brought about some challenges you had to face compared to high school (though that can be inbounds).

I'm not really following the psych patient line of thinking... tell us more?

Okay, thank you, makes sense that I should think more recently. @Mr.Smile12 -- Basically there was a psych patient that had been through some pretty heavy circumstances. I saw her near the beginning of my time as a scribe, and seeing her had an emotional impact on me for a while afterwards. I ended up reaching out to a senior scribe for advice on how to handle situations like that. I was thinking of writing about this for "personal challenge" and "a time you've asked for help" essays.
Ok. That's more like a learning experience to me and not really what I would consider a challenge that affected you. What were the priorities in conflict that needed to be resolved here? I guess if it is about emotional control, maybe, but I would want more evidence that this really is a big problem. An example for a personal.challenge to compare: eating well to be at an ideal weight or marathon training. Quitting smoking.
