Does time in Canada count for reciprocity in say Texas?

Hi guys,

I went to dental school in the US and took part 1 and part 2, and completed a US GPR and also have the Canadian boards.

My question is does working as a dentist in Canada count for reciprocity in states like Texas or Virginia for example. My guess is no, but would appreciate any input.
