The surveillance videos, at least ones corresponding to visible cameras, have such terrible resolution. It's hard to conclude much if you can barely make out anything.

Gratuitous anecdote here, it is of note that the surveillance dates in the article predated the change to the electronic real-time perpetual inventory. Due to a mandatory inventory check after the transition, I was alerted to a CII shortage and able to determine a floater tossed a bottle of hydromorphone 4 mg in the trash (I had to go digging on my off day just to find it).
 
I hope she wins the case. That regional diversion manager seems like a real douche trying to coax a fake confession out of the pharmacist

we have 9 cameras in our pharmacy and the lp monitors each day's activities looking for someone stealing. its beens 4 months and nothing found.
 
Without seeing the video its hard to say, but considering all charges against her were dropped & the board of pharmacy threw out the case, it sounds like the evidence is definitely in her favor.
