Tuesday, 9/18 via e-mail. The application is online and easy. Two onlines questions regarding your "services" section of the AMCAS application. Also, you can add personal comments in addition to your personal statement (in a similar manner to Emory)...if you so choose--I choose "No" b/c I spent enough time on AMCAS essays that I expected it to be read by itself.
