Student Feeding Frenzy.

I have been reading your posts about the food. Just so you know, I'm a Canadian living in Dominica and deliver gourmet lunches to Ross U on Tuesday & Thurs...will start on Saturday after my day trip to Les Saintes on July 17. I have lots of students and profs as customers.

First Layer - minced meat browned to make a gravy, 2nd Layer creamed corn and peas, 3rd Layer whipped garlic mashed potatoes. Also includes salad

made with homemade sauce and lotza mozza with garden salad. (the best)

Grilled Cajun Chicken Caesar Salad -
a boneless chicken breast with Caesar dressing, homemade croutons and bread sticks

Curried Chicken Salad
cubed oven roasted chicken mixed with mayo with a hint of curry served with garden fresh salad

Chef?s Salad layers of turkey ham, chicken, cheese, lettuce, boiled egg and veggies

Fruit salad- organic grown grapefruit, oranges, pineapple, watermelon, papa also with green salad

White Tuna Fish Sandwich
all white meat tuna (not the other mystery meat) with garden salad
Meatloaf Sandwich ? hearty portion of baked meatloaf served with a garden salad

Grilled Cajun Chicken Sandwich
whole grilled chicken breast seasoned with cajun spice served with garden salad.

Veggie Sandwich
lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and cucumber with garden salad
Veggie Wrap ? 2 tortilla shells, lettuce, cucumber, sharp cheddar, lettuce, tomato and mango salsa

Yes, I live in Dominica and you will see the best restaurant with the best food on the island by end of September. My theme is something like TGIF. It's going to be awesome. I'm working on it.

as close to Ross as possible. My husband and I are looking at land. We want to build a proper restaurant with A/C and a fun atmosphere. There is no place to go on this island .....nothing for young people. We want to change that.

I wish, I would have bought all the land in Picard. Ha

So glad you are all enjoyng my food. I'm really excited about the restaurant. Should be open by Christmas or sooner.

I have a boat trip to Les Saintes this Saturday, July 17. It's going to be a blast. Lots of great food, all you can drink. Visit another island for a day. If you're interested, I will be by the shacks bus stop on Tuesday this week collecting money.
