I had been browsing SDN for a couple month, today I finally register and become a member! 😀
I did my DAT yesterday, score:
G.Chem: 21
O Chem:23
Bio: 21
PAT:21
RC:16....bommer 🙁
QR:20

AA:20
TS:21

GPA:3.65

Do you guys think I still have a shot with this bad RC section?

GREat scores! yay! the reading is a little low, but i don't think u should Re-take the DAT just for that score cuz everything else is great! u should be fine, just make sure u APPLY EARLY so that u can get more pre-Dec 1 interviews..i mean it! good luck!

is english ur second language? that could be why ur RC is low, if so, make sure ur personal statement is 100% perfect (no grammatical or spelling errors)

Thanks! ya i wouldn't wanna re-take but kinda worry about my RC section.
I actually took Kaplan course becoz I have a job and don't have much time to study. It's helpful to get someone go thru the material again. And I use DAT destroyer and really like it. That's all i used for the test. I didn't do any topscore. Hope it hleps.

Nice scores! However, the RC is low. I'd call the schools and find out whether or not they have a cutoff for RC. I know some schools such as UoP do.
