Sup guys. I just submitted my supplements; my AADSAS was submitted last week, and they are taking forever and ever to verify...so I failed to get into the first batch to start with.
Anyway...
Residence : MA
sgpa 3.58 / cgpa 3.60
DAT : 25AA / 24PAT
Undergrad : US News Top10
Shadowing : 660 hr (but including high school; 320 in college).
EC: mostly music (grad with performance distinction / orchestra prez / section principal / made a musical service club etc etc) & service trips to Honduras and Haiti.
My biggest concern is a C in orgo 1 (frosh year). I did get a 26 on DAT orgo and am now taking a summer session in another college, so I can update the dental schools with a new grade, even though that's not gonna replace my good old C.
Those who are experienced, do I have a good shot at the top tier schools? (Penn/Columbia/Harvard/UCSF/Michigan). I'm just immensely worried about the C in such a crucial course, and the fact that grad schools don't give a sh** about music.
Good luck everyone in the 2017-18 cycle!
