no. a letter of intent means you tell a school you've interviewed at "if you're kind enough to accept me, i'll definitely attend." what you're talking about is merely the "accepting an acceptance" step regarding a school that's already granted you admission (which is non-binding).

Wow. I didn't know that you could do this...I thought that once a file was complete, and the interview was done, that was it. No further supplemental information would be added to evaluate a candidate, including his/her desire to attend that particular school.
