Already sent an LOI to my top choice and was WLed after. In our email, they said that they appreciate continued interest, so would it be in my best interest to reaffirm my LOI? I was planning on this, but in my previous LOI I also included some updates, and at this point I don't really have any new updates. Thanks in advance!

Yes I sent it after I interviewed but before I got my decision back. Probably 2 months before my decision
