He’s not getting rhabdo. Rhabdo is getting HIMSo he is going to keep getting rhabdo purposefully?
I assumed, possibly incorrectly, that this was posted as humor, not as actual motivational advice.tell me you are susceptible to KOLs without stating so.
Yes, but this post was really just a roundabout way for him to announce he participates in Ironman. A more reasonable conclusion would be the ending of the story on how the original dude learned to improve his clinic and home life because he was no longer a passive victim…I'm gonna take the rare step of endorsing the kol on this one.
Don't wallow in self pity. Instead, focus on the things you can control. For example, hydration during the Ironman triathlon.
the irony is that making the post that he did, he actually IS the victim. his conscience is the perpetrator.Yes, but this post was really just a roundabout way for him to announce he participates in Ironman. I think he's just in his own head. I hang out with a lot of athletes (I'm just a weekend warrior myself) and these guys are constantly pumping each other up.Yes, but this post was really just a roundabout way for him to announce he participates in Ironman. its not just him, but when you post this crap it is for OTHERS to see. if he is doing the race for himself, then why does the world need to know? i get it that he is trying to raise money, but that feels like a secondary perk. the real goal of the post is to tell people he does the ironman at his age despite medical roadblocks. thats great for him. why does he need a pat on the back from me?I think he's just in his own head. I haven't looked at his feed but most of us have known forever that he's an Ironman triathlete. I have NEVER seen someone like that give a a single fk what any couch potatoes think.
He's in his own zone with his fellow athletes. I take the post at face value, all positive, no negative energy.
