I remember an OB team discussing that during a TAH about 15 years back where they were arguing about whether it was useful to remove the distal parts of the fallopion tubes due to the cancer risk

Between that and the HPV vaccines, I'm hopeful to avoid seeing as many of the obstetric cancers
