Dorms @ posner Hall for tufts students

Is there going to be any one living at the dorms at posner hall? from what i understand that they offer 40 rooms. From the other thread, I saw alot of poeple talking about getting apartments. Just wanted to know if there are any student who are going to be living at posner hall their first year.
My second question is that is it possible to get a dorm room during your second year?

students can live at posner both years if they wish, but typically most people move out after their first year. i'm living off-campus, but i have a few friends at the medical school who lived there for 2yrs. it seemed to me that apartment hunting at the end of their second year was a big hassle for them since we had to start looking for places in the spring, and that was right in the middle of studying for boards.
