I am curious to hear from DOs in allopathic peds programs. I am thinking of doing this and am having a tough time figuring out if I should do a seperate AOA internship year first since I currently am in one of the five states that requires it.
I guess specifically, I am curious if you were given a hard time for doing one/not doing one. If anyone would count some of the time you spent in the AOA internship towards your first year in the allo peds program, etc... Thank you all for your time and help!
