Doubt regarding LOR and my chances in IM

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
I can't offer much advice, as I am not a FMG and am only a 4th year.

I will say that I've been told by numerous PDs that letters from people who know you well and can speak to specific things that make you a strong candidate are almost always better than generic letters from people with fancier titles (or in this case, US degrees).

Hopefully, someone with more insight than me can comment on this for you.

Thank you for your advice

You should send the 3 US letters.

In general, you should have waived your rights to read all of them. That's the standard in the US. There's nothing you can do about it now. Presumably, if the person whom asked you to waive your rights didn't feel comfortable writing you a good letter, they would have refused to do so.
