Good Morning,
I originally wrote my adversity essay about a time I had to report a coworker for endangering patients. This worked well because I had to talk about my role as a leader, about weighing ethical choices, and professionalism. I also talk about dealing with the fallout (i.e. being called a snitch by a few select coworkers).

For some reason, this essay is just bothering me. Is it a bad topic? Another topic I could write about is overcoming burnout at my job. The downside is it's not one moment, but sort of a build up of burnout until one day I almost quit. I learned a lot about dealing with burnout, and learned to find ways enjoy my work even when it wasn't the most enjoyable.
Thoughts??
Thank you

First topic is better. Do you really want to mention overcoming burnout while entering a field plagued by medical students and physicians feeling burnt out and leaving medicine?
