Good Morning,
I originally wrote my adversity essay about a time I had to report a coworker for endangering patients. This worked well because I had to talk about my role as a leader, about weighing ethical choices, and professionalism. I also talk about dealing with the fallout (i.e. being called a snitch by a few select coworkers).
For some reason, this essay is just bothering me. Is it a bad topic? Another topic I could write about is overcoming burnout at my job. The downside is it's not one moment, but sort of a build up of burnout until one day I almost quit. I learned a lot about dealing with burnout, and learned to find ways enjoy my work even when it wasn't the most enjoyable.
Thoughts??
Thank you
