On Medfools.com, a site I'm helping out with, we have some scutsheets for Medicine, Peds, and OB in PDF format. Some are really quite good. We're hoping to build up a library of FREE downloads for med students.

These are pretty good for the primary care clerkships. I would recommend them. I created some sheets similar to these, but it took a lot of time and tweaking.
