Downloading / saving streaming videos

    There's a free program out there called NetTransport. I never had the patience to figure it out, though.

    There is a program out there called snag-it. You can do a search and download it with a free 30-day trial. It allows you to capture whatever is playing on your screen in either a section of it or the entire screen. It captures it as an .avi file, and works pretty well. I have used it to capture flash video for use in presentations. I hope it helps you out.
