Downstate and LORs

Hi,

I guess I missed it when I filled out the secondary but it seems like Downstate is really strict about the number of LORs submitted. They want one from a professor in your major, one from a science professor and, if available, one from your graduate advisor. 3 letters max.

I sent 6. Will they hold it against me?
