There is no way the management skills taught in PT school can compare to what is taught in MBA school. If you attend a good MBA program, say the top-30, you will have to complete multiple projects and internships in addition to the usual classes in finance, taxation, investment analysis, cost accounting, organizational behavior, etc.
I think a MBA is very valuable in that it gives you the skills to analyze things from a hard, cold business perspective. Very few of us have an accurate and instinctive feel for what is a good or bad business proposition. So if you want to eventually open your own PT practice, definitely do the DPT/MBA.
