dr. bag?

hey does anyone have a really nice doctor bag that they like? any recommendations? do i even need a doctor bag for third year to carry equipment/stuff in?

dont need a dr. bag..just a white coat with many pockets. if youre a female, a nice shoulder tote is convenient to keep books in but to stay professional looking

When I was on peds neuro, nobody wore white coats, so all of the male residents had little man-purses to carry their neurological tools around in. :laugh:

Anyway, pockets usually suffice. The only time I have ever brought a little bag is for when I needed the neuro toys: reflex hammer, tuning forks, toys to distract the kids, etc.

That's a great episode.

My white coat's pockets were small and too shallow, but I couldn't be bothered to carry a bag of any kind around. You could always enlarge your pockets or add some.
