Think it is a good idea to state that you have coursework planned in your personal statement? I get that they can see it in another part of the app, but in my case it makes quite a large difference. If my classes go well this next semester my sGPA will go from 3.0 to 3.25. should i say something in my PS so im not screened out or overlooked?

You won't be screened out if your other stats are decent. It's already in your app so they will see it.
