I need some help with addressing a letter of intent to the Drew/UCLA program. I have been placed on the waitlist and received the waitlist letter from Dr. Miller, the Associate Dean for Student Affairs. I already sent a letter to Dr. Miller accepting my waitlist position.
I was wondering who I should address the letter of intent to. I wanted to address it to the dean, care of the admissions committee.
I found this list of deans, associate deans, and assistant deans on the web.
Interim Dean
Calvin Johnson, M.D.
Administrative Dean
James Kyle, M.D.
Medical Director/Senior Associate Dean for Clinical Affairs
Edward W. Savage, Jr., M.D.
Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs
Ronald A. Edelstein, Ed.D.
Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs
Nand S. Datta, M.D.
Associate Dean for Student Affairs
Theodore Miller, M.D.
Chair Drew College
Patrick Aguilera, M.D
But then, they just recently appointed a new dean for the College of Medicine, Marcelle Willock M.D., M.B.A, as of May 1, 2002.
Who should I address it to? Also, I could always just address it Dear Dean of College of Medicine.
Anyways, any help would be greatly appreciated.
