Can anyone inform me about the difficulty of this program? Is taking 6 med school courses in one year and attaining a B or better in all doable for someone who has only taken premed requisite courses?

Have you heard of many who have found success through this program?

Thanks.

I think each year a good percentage of the top of the class gets accepted into a school - most often Drexel - with at least a dozen accepted there. I've heard of acceptances to other regional schools, and maybe a rare california acceptance.

The workload is approx 1/2 that of the first year med school. If you'll be able to hack med school you'll be able to do well with the easy IMS schedule. But it is cutthroat and you have to do well to have a chance. I would also take a look at the program at Georgetown.
