To apply to a medical school outside of the US, with the exception of a few on-par foreign institutes, your self-esteem was already low to begin with; likely lower than those who were accepted into a US program - but not of one they would have preferred.
I would recommend doing post-bacc programs for those who don't have the scores or the resume to matriculate in the US.
I hope all of you plan on transferring to a US medical school to finish your training and go from there...UK is on par too. That way, when your patient sees your wall, they won't be starring at a degree from a school they can barely pronounce.

Great just finished Family rotation, the Doc liked me so much they gave me a card with a 100 in it for Christmas! I was shocked! I opened it at home so I did not know till then. ( Saved me from giving it back LOL)LoL
Hold your horses, Doc. 😱
Hows your clinical rotations going, btw?
McGill at his biting and condescending best. Why even post with such a weak and flawed argument? Quite ametuerish, especially when parroting the issue of self-esteem without an understanding of the term.
I am quite disappointed, although I suspect that you tried your best. Some people just don't have what it takes.
