Hello all,
I have seen better days but life sure does come at you fast. I am currently accepted into dental school for the class of 2023. I have recently been having some health scares and will ultimately be dropping my acceptance this year if things don’t improve. I understand that deference may be a possibility in this situation. I’m just curious as to how this would affect my chance in future if I do end up having to reapply. I heard it is a red flag to reapply with a past acceptance. Would I be able to mention in my application or is it something I would have to mention in my personal statement? I’m worried about being screened out if I do have to reapply even though I have legitamite reason to justify it. Any insight would be helpful.
Thank you
