Questions been bothering me, for example the common example of drug displacement being warfarin and sulfonamides. How do we know which drug displaces which? is it as in the drug which you give second will displace the first drug? but what if both drugs are given at the same time?

It's more like if you only give warfarin, then warfarin has all the plasma proteins to itself. When you add a sulfa the warfarin now has to compete with it for the plasma proteins. I'm sure the Km for every drug is listed somewhere, but it's not important to know. The concept is that at equilibrium a some of both drugs will be displaced by the other drug. The amount doesn't matter.
