Drug testing is a reality, whether it is right or wrong is up for debate in relation to marijuana use. In any case, if you know it is a possibility, and the potential consequences are dire, I would use that information appropriately. Generally, intake testing can lead to dismissal while testing after admission may lead to rehab. Neither are desirable. Healthcare providers are held to a higher standard than the general public. It's just part of the current system.
