You have got to be kidding me. A drug that has shown little benefit for an exorbitant price and they are whining about the fact it doesn’t work.

If they want to make money mix bupi with decadron and precedex and get it approved for nerve blocks. Oh wait, I already have that cocktail made and the blocks last 2-3 days.

I dont think it is anywhere as effective as Pacira claims, and they have no evidence to back up their claims of superiority over regular formulations
