This should make everyone who calls in to check on the status of their application feel a little better that they're not bugging the amissions people.... just get this story.....
So I get home from some Monday evening halloween festivities (2nd place costume contest! will post picture later...) and I hear my roommate , who also went out with some friend. I open the door and she's in the living room on the phone drunk and yelling something about status and then she gets weepy and incomprehensible. Turns out she dialed the last number she called, which is our state medical school, and when she heard their answering machine started making her drunken weepy plea. We got her off the phone and she can't remember if she left her amcas id number or not. but they have her name! YIKES!!!!!!!!!!!!! DON'T DRINK 'N' DIAL MED SCHOOLS PEOPLE! 😱 😱 😱
