I am a osteopathic medical student and applying to Neurology. I need to do a PGY-1 year as a Prelim but I can't seem to figure out how to apply to Dually Accredited programs throught the AOA. If I search internal medicine under Allopathic programs it tells you if they offer prelim, categorical and so on. If I do the same search under Osteopathic I don't get those options..it just says internal medicine.
Does anyone know the dually accredited programs, esp in the Philly area and how to find them?

I don't know how many programs there are in Philly, but I'd bet that in less than an hour you could call all the programs in philly listed on Frieda/ACGME and find out which ones are dually accredited.

From my experience interviewing last year around philly there are NO dually accredited preliminary years. Every place with dually accreditted programs separate their DO intern year and allopathic allo year. Just do a prelimn year that allows you to do a month of ambulatory medicine and you will get a waiver.
