Do admission committees realize that as the cycle drags on, applicants start preparing to relocate to the school(s) they are accepted to, resulting in a reduced likelyhood of accepting an offer at the school that was originally their "top choice".
Just wondering

Worry about yourself and what's good for you. The schools will fill their classes and they most likely don't know if they were your top choice. And they probably don't care either. It's a business. But you're going to be a doctor. Congratulations!!

Do they care? Why would they?

Do admission committees realize
They're smart people; they admit and know things.

It would seem logical that they would care about who ends up in a class.

Logic and medical school admissions don't seem to go hand in hand though.
They do care...and they've already chosen the ones they prefer.
