Okay well I will be moving back to my country because i can no longer afford living in the U.S. alone and doing my under graduate studies here, my family is going through some rough times, and i would like to ask because I plan on continuing my dental education in my country, what will I have to do if i plan on returning to the U.S. to be able to practice dentistry in the u.s. I am intending on applying to a dental program in my country and then coming back here but how does this process work?

You should have posted this thread in the international dentist section.... and could you please tell us which country you are planning to go back?

If you get a non-US degree then you'll have to apply to get into the IDPs, which are 2 years at most schools I believe. Then you can start practicing in the US.
