Every pre-dent says they want to help people—it’s true, but it’s also what every admissions committee hears daily. What’s your deeper reason?
For some, it’s the mix of science and artistry. For others, it’s the independence of owning a practice. Some were inspired by a personal dental experience growing up.
If you’re applying, how are you planning to make your story unique when asked, “Why dentistry?”

love science - proof you have done good jobs getting As at college
love helping people - proof you have done well amount of volunteer and community service hours
love to teach and educate - proof that your leadership role such as TA or others
etc..

there is no deeper reason, rather composed of many which makes you unique and profound, based on your dedication and hours and hours that you have invested
