Dumb question about MD/PhD application. Do you submit the PS to regular MD programs as you would to MD/PhD programs?

Assuming I'm applying to a mix of both programs, would I submit the same PS to both? Note, I don't mean "if my application gets passed from MD/PhD to MD-only pile" I mean I'm applying to one or two schools' regular MD program

You only have 1 PS which would be submitted to all schools you apply to including the MD ones.
