what happens when you click "submit application?"

Make sure your PS isn't too long. Maybe if it doesnt fit the character max it wont let you submit.

it says 10 of 11 steps complete but im not sure whats not complete....my transcript hasnt been received...would it not let me submit then?

you realize its not words....its characters. 4494 characters is a lot different than 4494 words.

you should be able to submit with out your transcript. start at the beginning and go through every single step. There should be a red light somewhere that lets you know you didint comlete something. Make sure its not something stupid like contact info, or something like that. Make sure youve answered every question.

Seriously I really dont know why I cant submit...it says incomplete for my status for the seleceted schools...uhh maybe that has something to do with it...anyone????!!!!!!!!

I know my brain is just not working...but cheers its submitted and it feels good to get that out of the way. Now hoping that I didnt make any careless mistakes on the app but I did look at it like a gazillion times

for a moment...i thought this poor kid wrote 4494 words, and now had to go back and chop ALOT of it out ; mine was only 900 words.

haha so did i, but then i looked at my 9 page paper and saw that it was only 2500 words, so there was NO way he wrote a personal statement with 5000 words.

i don't believe that was a dumb question. as someone who recently applied last year, i understand the type of stresses that may arise if something in the application is not going according to plan. the important thing is that u r applying early so u have time to correct any problems that comes along your way.

When I was writing my PS, I really thought you could make it that many WORDS instead of characters. I didn't end up reaching that many words, but boy did I have a lot of cutting down to do!
