E-submit, whats next

Hey im new to this side of the forum lol. I submitted my aadsas last night. Now all that I have to do is submit the required at same time information and sit back and wait to hear from schools?? Is there anything else that i need to do.

Also i sent my transcripts to aadsas like a month ago. However I submitted last night. When do these grades get "verified" four weeks from today or 4 weeks from when the transcripts were sent in.

One last thing, am I considered a late applicant, or should i be just fine wih the first pool of applicants. My first choices are Stonybrook, UNDMJ, and Penn. What do you all think.

Your grades should of been verified less than a week from them receiving your transcripts. Mine were verified about 3-4 days after they received them. I e-submitted on June 23rd and my application was sent out on July 14th. It takes about 4-8 weeks for your application to get sent out and it might take the latter of that since it is getting later in the cycle, but who knows. But yeah, now it is just a waiting game to hear back from schools. I think if all your letters are in you should be still quite early but I am new to this as well.

Can anyone else clarify. I just recently got e-mails from all my schools saying they received my application, but my committee letter probabaly will not be finished for another couple weeks. All my LOR are with my pre-health advisor but now the committee has to do there thing. Do you think schools will start reviewing my application without the committee letter? The letter from the dentist I work for has already been received by AADSAS and sent out.

My grades were verified within 3-4 days of AADSAS receiving my transcripts from my almer mata and the current university I am attending. THey did not wait until I e-submitted. I actually e-submitted a couple weeks after my grades were already verified. It did, however, take about 3 weeks for my application to get sent out to the schools after I submitted.

you can start reviewing the secondary material that each school requires. If you go under instructions and then d-school supplemental info, it will bring up a list of stuff that each school requires from you. Some schools ask you wait until some1 tells you to send it in and some schools want you to do that right after you submit AADSAS. So I guess you can get started on that. Pay close attention to all the required material and stay on top of things!!

Mine were received 6/26 which is OVER 6 WEEKS!!! I figured they were just waiting for me to e-submit the whole time. Man, well hopefully wont be too much longer from this point

Yea I have one from my school and one from where I too summer classes. I heard most people get verified right away! Klutzy has also had his in for a few weeks with no update. Should I call to make sure there is no prob?

I called. They do not verify until after it has been esubmitted. To check if it was verified, just go to status by your aadsas and see if GPA is entered there.

i was thinking the same thing why would AADSAS verify you if you haven't even paid them?

Not sure. But I called today and they said they would look into it then called me back which is really nice to say that I need to type in all of my classes I took abroad even though on my transcript it transfers as one unit so hopefully will have that cleared up soon!

OKAY I spoke to this guy Jared he was really nice and took care of the problem and now my GPA is verified. Actually higher than I thought 3.96!!! But it says I have graduate courses and Im still an undergrad and all my courses in coursework are labeled undergrad I just checked!!!!

Any one else have this problem?
