I'm getting confused on the rules of doing E2 with substituted chair conformations

I think you should post in DAT forum...Anyways, I have never encounter this sort of questions, in most cases it's E2 on chair conformation.

Hm? what kind of rules? you mean the diaxial position of leaving group and adjacent hydrogen?
