i know the two TUCOM schools have an Early Accept program for individuals that applied and were waitlisted.

does anyone know if other schools offer this program?
has anyone been pulled from the wait list and offered Early Acceptance?

Normally if you apply to a school under the early admissions decision program, you only are allowed to apply to that one school. If you are accepted to that one school, you have to enroll. If you are not accepted to that school, you can go ahead and apply to other schools, but it'll be late by that time. I find it risky to do so; however the huge advantage of early decision is that it shows the school that you are really interested in them. Sometimes it can give you an advantage. I talked to a fourth year USC student and he said he only had a 3.3 GPA and a 30 MCAT, but applied using the early decision program. Apparently it gave him an edge because his stats were on the low side to be accepted to USC.
