I was conditionally accepted via a post bacc with all the bells and whistles.
They had me do Amcas Early assurance with an acceptance on CYMS up until the Friday before the summer program started.
Financial aid was processed.
All classes open on Brightspace.
Added to school directory.

I was rescinded due to a poor grade.
Now im looking at secondaries for 24-25 wondering how i respond to the question as to whether I was accepted anywhere.
Im really confused what to say. 🫤

You can explain this very directly in one or two sentences.
"I was enrolled in a postbac program with early assurance admission to a linked medical school, conditional on meeting a minimum GPA and MCAT score. As I missed the minimum scores for admission I was not eligible to enroll in the medical school."
It's up to you whether you want to name the specific program.
