I heard rejecting an admission to a medical school and applying the following year is like career suicide. Apparently that doesn't go too hot with other admissions committees. Granted I am only a pre-med but from what I've seen here that seems to be the main consensus

You also might want to post this in the main forum for more people to see it (you're not really deciding between two schools). I'm sure you'll get more responses there
