I have my 2011 application complete.
However, I want to re-take the MCAT.
Is it possible to submit my app now and have them consider me without the new MCAT?
And if I dont get in, update my scores for the general app pool? I'm registered for an early Aug MCAT.

How do I do this?
Do I notify AMCAS I plan to re-take the MCAT?
Or do I just update my app during the general pool?

*Soo confusing =(

Thanks for listening.

Contact the school you're doing early admission to?

Early admission needs to give you a decision by October 15th. An early August MCAT would mean an early September score release so about 6 weeks to evaluate your total app with the new MCAT. Sounds like enough time to me but the school in question might disagree.
